Solarfilm Company window films are warranted to the original purchaser against any fading, cracking, crazing, peeling, bubbling, delamination, demetallization or discoloring when properly maintained and when installed on suitable interior surfaces of glass windows as prescribed in our instructions. The period of this warranty is as long as the original purchaser of the film owns or occupies the building. This original Warranty is non-transferable. In the unlikely event that the film fails to comply with the warranty terms as indicated above, Solarfilm Company will replace the film at no cost to you. This warranty does not apply to improperly cared for film, glass breakage or seal failure conditions.

Return and Cancellation Policy
We mail hundreds of samples each week, to insure our customers are knowledgeable of the products they purchase. Shipping costs and handling charges are incurred and the Credit Cards and PayPal are charging a percentage for handling the funds in both directions, ie. the purchase and the return. These are a few reasons why Returns and Cancellations are subject to a 15% Service Charge.
